RenewalRequired -- 3-year recertification cycle. 18 Recertification Units (RUs) required per 3-year period. RUs can be earned through education, experience, and professional activities. Alternatively, recertify by retaking and passing the exam.
Prerequisites8 years of work experience in one or more areas of the CQE Body of Knowledge, of which 3 years must be in a decision-making position.
Retake Policy8-day waiting period between attempts. Full exam fee required for each retake. No limit on total number of attempts.
