RenewalRequired -- FRM certification requires 40 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) per year. CPD activities include professional development, education, and contribution to the risk management profession.
Prerequisites2 years of relevant professional financial risk experience required to claim FRM designation (exam can be taken without this, but designation requires experience) (recommended)
Retake PolicyFRM exams offered twice per year (May and November). No limit on total attempts. Part I and Part II must both be passed within 4 years.
